The Sea Festival is an exciting local charity event, bringing 5000+ visitors to the area, helping the many local charities and organisations that call upon our help during the course of the year.
This year we are working with Harwich Lifeboat and others to give the event a greater maritime theme. Stall holders are encouraged to think maritime, sailing, sea, beach and nautical when planning their displays and items for sale.
Stall holders information and pitch fees
Setting up will be via West Street from 8 am-10.30am and road closures will be in force. It is hoped that off street parking will be available for stall holders’ cars setting up their stalls.
The pitch fees are:
- Charity/Non commercial - £10.00 per 10ft pitch or part of (Proof of charitable status will be required. I ask that you inform us of the sum collected for charity by 24th August 2017 so that it can be included in the reported total. Our contact email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org )
- Commercial - £60.00 per 10ft pitch or part of pitch.
NOTE: Your stall/rig will need to fit within your 10ft x 10ft (or 6ft x 6ft) pitch.
